How to make a booking request ?
Make a seeking and select your apartment.
You can contact us by email or phone in order to validate your booking. We ask generally a down payment of 30% to book your stay, the tourism duties and the cleaning of €40. The rest of the payment and the deposit will be to pay at the arrival by the guest(s).
A receipt of your booking will be sent directly as soon as the down payment is received.
What is the minimum duration of the stay ?
The minimum stay is 3 nights, except particular cases.
Where and how can I collect the keys ?
As soon as the booking is done with Pick Your Place, you will receive a confirmation email with our contacts. You will communicate us your arrival and departure time to better organize your stay.
We will be there to welcome you and give you the key, and also all useful information for your stay in our apartment.
We will go back at the end of your stay to collect the key at the hour planned with you (fees of €20 for all more of 1 hour delay and arrivals after 8pm).
How can I organize my transfer to the apartment ?
We offer at your disposal if you need a private driver service from airports (Orly and Roissy Charles de Gaulle) for €60 and €30 from railway stations. If you prefer come by your own way, we will transmit you all indications for the train, subway or bus.
What is provided in the apartment ?
All of our apartments have the Wifi network, that permit you to keep in touch with your family and friends. The qualitative linen (similar to a five-star hotel), sheets and towels of white color, are provided, and also shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper.

Which services offer us to our guests ?
We propose all our guests the breakfast delivery service, the driver service, touristic guide and also a home cooker. We can also reply to all your requests.
Is there any deposit to pay ?
A deposit will be requested at your arrival for the stay.
The deposit will be returned in a maximum time of 48H after your departure (except exceptional cases)
How operate the payment ?
Once the booking is accepted, the guest can select:
- Make a payment online with Paypal
- Make a bank transfer
May I have an invoice from Pick Your Place ?
Of course. We will send you an invoice if needed and also a receipt for more 1 month rental.
What happens if the booking is canceled ?
You have the possibility to cancel the booking but the possible refund of your stay depends on the cancellation conditions detailed in your rental contract. In case of interruption of the stay, the guest won’t receive a refund.
- Cancellation rule: until 30 days before your 1st day of stay, 50% of the rental is refunded to the guest. In the two weeks before the stay, 10% of the rental is refunded to the guest.
- The claims should be done in the 24h after your arrival. A cancellation is confirmed only by a confirmation email of reception from Pick Your Place.
